DSCF2276.JPG

Coming on the heels of being selected as one of “Ohio’s Best Home Towns” by Ohio Magazine, Miamisburg has again been chosen to be the site of this year’s Ohio State Cycling Championships. Miamisburg’s 5th Annual TOUR d’BURG, sponsored by Kettering Medical Center – Sycamore, will be held on Sunday, July 19, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM in historic downtown Miamisburg, just 3 miles west of the Dayton Mall on Route 725. This event is free and open to the public with free parking.

Three components make this premier cycling event a popular attraction to both cyclists and spectators alike. First a family-friendly Tour Ride leaves Library Park at 8:00 AM for bike enthusiasts that want to tour the country roads from 25 to 75 miles depending on the riders’ preference. Food and water stops are conveniently positioned along the route. Last year over 200 riders from six states participated in this event. Download a registration form at: Read the rest of this entry →
